Exchange or Return Period:


The deadline for exchange or return is 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the warranty applies, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It usually takes a few days for the bank to process your refund before it is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If you wish to request the exchange of a product that is under warranty, send an email to contato@shopinter.com.br explaining the reason and we will get back to you with instructions and the address for sending the item(s).

Shipping costs:

Shopinter.com.br only covers the shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange due to a product defect. If the reason is regret, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item and also for the shipping costs of the new item chosen.

Deadlines:

After receiving the returned item(s), we have up to 5 (five) business days to resolve the case. The time frame for receiving the new item will vary depending on each case and the customer's location.
The refund period depends on the payment method used. If the payment was made by credit card, it may take up to two invoices for the refund to be processed. This procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator.
Attention:

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. And without receiving your item, we won’t be able to process your exchange or refund.
